Dwalyn E. Dasher
Dwalyn is a 30+ year Veteran having served in both the United States Navy and United States Army. He is an innovator in developing the next cohort of financial educators and future leaders. His desire to share knowledge and see people live their best lives is at the core of his obligations. His knowledge and experience cross into insurance, cryptocurrency, real estate, LLC creation, tax strategies, credit restoration, debt consolidation, and overall financial freedom.
Dwalyn has served in numerous leadership positions sharing expertise and experience, leading and managing small, medium, and large organizations in a variety of environments from tactical experience to strategic. He has a comprehensive background in strategic thinking and analysis, concept development, operations planning, and execution.
Dwalyn’s ability to lead, educate, and influence others helps him facilitate the minefield of financial information for his clients. He leads others to do the same and gives people the opportunity to live their best lives. He is consistent in his ability to lead, educate, counsel, and mentor others to their specified objectives. He has been directly responsible for developing 150 coaches and mentors; coordinating numerous training programs that significantly improved efficiency, specifically in the areas of operations and project management.
Dwalyn, a decorated U.S. Army Combat Veteran, is a graduate of Penn State University with a master’s degree in adult education. He also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Brandman University and a certification in Online Teaching. He created Higher Ground Financial Freedom with the intention of helping others pursue their goals and dreams.
I spent a large portion of my life serving this country and retired knowing that it is my responsibility to do better when I learn better. It is also my responsibility to share knowledge that is shared with me. I do what I do because one day I will have to answer to my family, why I didn’t share information that could help others create a life by design. Once I learned how to duplicate the process, my next career path was clear. I truly believe if people are given the knowledge and opportunity to make better financial decisions they would.
