For over 30 years, I’ve led and developed leaders in the U.S. Army, corporate boardrooms, and entrepreneurial ventures. I know the weight of leading teams, providing for families, and pushing for success — while quietly wondering if it’s ever enough. I founded Kingdom Investors Coaching to help men move beyond striving and return to living from their God-given identity, mission, and legacy.

My approach isn’t about chasing more. It’s about rediscovering what matters most — faith, family, mission, and legacy — and creating rhythms that restore presence at home, strength in leadership, and clarity in calling.
